چکیده
Abstract Background Lupins are cultivated as human consumption grains and forage legumes. The chromosomes of lupins too small to be karyotyped by conventional techniques, because they reveal a general lack distinctive cytological features. In the current study, Fluorescence in situ Hybridization ( FISH) was used locate 5S 45S ribosomal gene sites on Lupinus albus ssp , graecus Lupnus termis (all with 2 n = 50), polyphyllus lindl var. (2 48), FISH together seed storage protein electrophoretic patterns were find out relationship among these species. Results double-target studied species rDNA probes revealed that two types rRNA genes located different chromosomes. detected loci partially reflected taxonomical similarity subspecies L. . exception having unique large chromosome mostly is covered one signal rDNA, whereas its homologous seems normal-sized have other locus. matrix computed according Jaccardʼs Coefficient from SDS-PAGE, showed ssp. Albus Graecus most similar (~ 97%), then comes polyphylus has been placed separate clade still related it 70%). Conclusion It could postulated relationships follows, at distal position.

Molecular and Biochemical Studies on some Marine Shrimp Species
Three shrimps population (Penaeus semesulacatus, Penaeus japonicus,Meta Penaeus monoceros) were investigated for determination of the genetic structure by using (PCR-RAPD) and SDS-PAGE. The results obtained from RAPD technique showed the same percentages of similarity (100%) within the three studied population. On the other hand, the degrees of similarity detected by SDSPAGE were 90%, 87% and 8...
متن کاملHaematological and Biochemical Studies on some Ruminants
Haematological studies of ruminant vertebrates (cow, sheep and goat) present one acceptable method of understanding the ecological biochemical and physiological relationship between lower and higher vertebrate animals like man. Haematological/Biochemical studies were carried out on blood from the vertebrate ruminants: Goat (Capra hircus-L), sheep (Ovis Aries dolrchra), cattle (Bos Taurus) and h...
متن کاملCytogenetical and histochemical studies on curcumin in male rats
Curcumin is a major component of the curcuma species, commonly used as a yellow coloring and flavoring agent in foods. Curcumin has been demonstrated to have potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory activity and has shown anticancer properties in many rodent models. There is the perception that since compounds are natural, they are devoid of toxicity and safe to use. Some of the active compounds i...

Leguminosae, Papilionoideae, Lupinus, Lupins, Isoflavonoids, Isoflavones, Phenolic Compounds, Antifungal Activity The constitutive isoflavones genistein, 2'-hydroxygenistein, wighteone and luteone have been isolated in varying amounts from methanolic leaf washings of eight species belonging to the legume genus Lupinus. These four compounds likewise occur in the flower buds, stems, roots and imm...
